2 c cooked rice
2 T soy sauce
2 t Worcestershire sauce
1/2 t pepper
1/4 t salt
1/2 diced onion (or 1/2 T onion flakes)
1 c frozen veggies (whatever looks good)
some shredded chicken
1 egg
sesame seed (for garnish)
1. Plop everything together in crock.
2. Mix it around.
3. Cook on low 3-4, high 1-2 hours (all you're doing is heating up everything and cooking the egg.)
